Fibreglass wallpaper

S-FIBER is our fibreglass substrate on a 95 cm roll. It copes with humidity, knocks and heavy traffic.

Styl’Editions fibreglass wallpaper in the Paper Coast design

What it is

Of all the wallpaper substrates in our catalogue, S-FIBER is the most technical. It is dimensionally stable, has high tensile strength and resists rubbing and chemicals, so it suits wet areas and walls that take heavy wear.

The roll is 95 cm wide, nearly twice the width of our vinyl substrates. Large walls need fewer seams, and the design carries on from one drop to the next with fewer breaks.

Where we recommend it

It is used in bathrooms and wet areas, hotel corridors and common areas, and retail and contract spaces. For showers, worktops and outdoor areas, which need even more resistance, we print the same design on a decorated ceramic slab.

Frequently asked questions

Is fibreglass suitable for bathrooms?

Yes, S-FIBER is the substrate we suggest for wet areas. Where water reaches the wall directly and constantly, inside a shower for example, we recommend a decorated ceramic slab with the same design.

Why does the 95 cm roll matter?

Wider drops mean fewer seams on the wall. The design runs more continuously and the hanging is cleaner, particularly on large surfaces.

Can I have any design from the catalogue?

Yes. S-FIBER is available for every design in the catalogue, from the R&D series or the Capsule Collection, and is printed to the measurements of your wall.
